Trumpolt Compensation Design Solutions is headquartered in Coral Springs Florida as part of the greater Fort Lauderdale Florida Area and was founded by Scott Trumpolt.

Principal Compensation Planning and Design Consultant, Scott Trumpolt, has over twenty years of experience developing and managing single-country, regional and global compensation and employee appreciation programs.  These programs have been designed and managed both in the United States and while working and living abroad internationally, providing a unique expertise that will act to benefit your particular business mission.

These practical working experiences have been augmented through advanced education and professional training, including a Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Hurman Resources Management, and certification as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from the World at Work Society of Certified Professionals.
