Scott Trumpolt – Managing Director & Principal Designer/Consultant

A clear understanding on how compensation and total rewards strategies provide the vital link to effective investment in Human Capital was demonstrated by Scott in key analytical and leadership roles for over twenty (20) years.

Prior to forming his own Independent Compensation Planning & Design Consulting firm, Scott worked for such top companies and organizations as Deutsche Post – DHL, AutoNation, Nova Southeastern University and Parexel International Corporation.

Scott holds a B.S. Degree in Public Administration and a Masters of Arts Degree (M.A.) in Human Resources Management.  Scott is also a Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from World at Work.

Since founding the company in 2012, Scott has seen his business grow to over thirty diversified (30) clients across multiple industries and counting.  Such client experiences have taken him to all corners of the world in the process, as effective and transparent compensation and total rewards solutions, customized to the company’s business model needs and work culture knows no boundaries!
